In the last game update FarmVille made change to White Gum Tree and the Rainbow Gum Tree.
The White Gum Tree will now produce the Jaca Tree and the Rainbow Gum Tree has been demoted to a level 1 Tree and will also produce the Jaca Tree.

This to me looks like they are trying to control how many Coconuts we can earn.
The Rainbow Gum Tree harvests for 977 Coconuts and the Jaca Tree Harvests for 212 Coconuts.
